I’m guessing this online service’s personnel are highly educated. It shows in the spelling of the messages in which I am informed that my service will be unavoidably delayed due to (fill in the blank with a reason). I don’t mind that. It’s when said service messages me with “your order cannot be located at this time. We advise patience in the intervening time interval”. Incompetence, chaps, can be spotted even in between such wording. Not returning to your service.

They strive for 100% customer satisfaction and it really shows. I am a chatty Kathy and they even indulged my incessant chatter. Truly, lovely people.
