Because of their Dominance we pay this company 19% commission on every motel room booked for my business. Due to their errors in company contact information page their communications to collect some small fee were not reaching me, small business owner. Finally on my initiative I locate the way to access and find my business is frozen out, I wanted to pay right away but can not pay. I filled up their web page form, call them but no resolution for over a week. They have due to their poor procedure caused me significant financial harm and no one in the company can get me in touch with persons responsible to fix the web page so I can pay them and get every thing resolved. Every call costs me an hour or so. This Company seems uses United Airlines as model to be deaf to realities of a small business owners life, take out 19% of his gross revenue from each room and still fail to give satisfactory service and responses in timely manner. My question to them: How will you reimburse me for all the financial losses caused to me by your inefficiency? has not been answered. This company needs to improve its ways and not bite the hands that feed it. Its top executives make almost a billion dollars a year while crushing their patrons who give them Revenue. Its existence causes Motel Room Prices to go up because buck passes to end users who need motel room for any reason. Some one in Authority need to wake up and resolve this Tremendous Issue without waiting to see how much its lobbiests will put in the next election fund. Such old tricks will not shield this company, once motel customers realise and avoid using Expedia.
