Very low review. Joao Bautista da Silva is not authorized nor licensed for performing nor plumbing or electrical jobs. Did not honor warranty against poor labor and did not finish it. Operating without a license is punishable, same as a homeowner contracting someone not licensed. Avoid this person/company.
