It is going on three weeks as of yesterday, and these people have done nothing but give me the runaround! This is officially the worst service ever! I need help like yesterday!

I am very disappointed because I had been a long time customer. When a problem finally came up, they actually told me it was my problem and I had to deal with it! I am so sad that they would treat a customer this way. I am moving on to a new service that respects their customers.
