I ordered a Moisture Meter via Acutests "Test4less" portal. The website seemed to indicate the the instrument was available but I then received a message to say that they had to order it in and there would be a 7 - 10 day delay. Well, OK, I can wait a little while. Eventually, they received the instrument and shipped it to me via DPD - Then the fun began! For four days, I have received a "we are delivering today" message to be followed by a "sorry we missed you" apology, despite me being in all day! I've chased Acutest about this problem and Joanna at Acutest told me "I am very sorry but there is nothing we can do regarding delayed deliveries." I accept that it is a DPD problem but after four missed deliveries, I would expect Acutest to take some ownership of this problem, recognise that delivery is now unlikely and issue a refund. Come on Acutest, stop blaming others and deliver my meter!
