Twice I have placed an order with this company and both occasions when the food arrived I was missing my chilled items. I contacted customer services to which the response was tough luck, that must be annoying and have a good day. Have a good day????? They can have a good day, they have just lost my custom.

I have officially dealt with the rudest employee of my life. When I called about a dispute with their new policy, they told me "Well that's our policy," and refused to connect me with their supervisor. They have lost a customer for good.
