Where is the incredible service I was promised? When I discussed this service with an employee a couple of weeks back, they made everything sound so incredible. I was impressed with the information I received and how help the employee was. Fast forward to today and I don’t even feel like I’m dealing with the same people anymore. They exaggerated the type of service that I would receive grossly, and now that they have my money, no one seems willing to assist me anymore.

I asked for a refund because one of my items arrived damaged. The customer service rep I spoke to said there were no refunds. This policy is not stated anywhere on their website.
