Bought a sampler with Diamond Resort almost a year ago and booked Royal Kona ( the only hotel in he island that accommodate Diamond resorts owner or prospects). First impression, disgusting ! They claim to provide 5star accommodations when in actuality this place should be a 1star. How are you supposed to expect someone to buy ownership if you provide room with rusty bathroom, bugs and ants crawling everywhere. Molds on the light fixtures , rails are unsafe . I would never , ever take my family back at this place again. And the Diamond resort Rep wss not accommodating ., After showing her the disgusting videos, her reply was," Well, that's pretty much how all the rooms are ." Are you kidding me ??? Then she went on saying that Diamonds don't own this hotel, they just rent here . If you wanna impress , rent a place that will at least represent what your company claim is 5star accommodation s. very disappointing and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone .
