Will someone please tell me what the problem is with online services delivering on time? If you were a ground store, you would have delivered your service on time. Why does a computer screen make on time deliveries impossible? That’s messed up, and I won’t use your service again.

I called the office and got the run-around and then was told they would give me a call right back. Here we are almost two weeks later.
