Customer loyalty must not mean anything anymore. I've been with this company for years through thick and thin for many years. For what? To be disrespected by some kid that thinks he knows it all. I'll be taking my business to another company that can address my service needs.

I enjoy visiting the site a couple of times to see some of the new services they might have introduced. In most cases I find something that is worth my money and I make my order. It never takes long it gets delivered right no time.
