We are a vendor and forced to use I pro live by a client. The issues are 1 appalling customer service 2 as a vendor we are forced to pay this organisation. A fact that totally escapes them, is that we are their client 3 Frequently you will receive urgent non compliance messages. When you logon to their site. There is no non compliance just an error on their part 4 customer service is appalling, I have had one of their staff screaming st me. This is despite being asked not to call my mobile
