Saying that I was a bit peeved off at the quality of the service would be a massive understatement. I owe it to other potential customers of theirs to say the truth and warn people what they can expect to go through with this company, because I don’t want others to suffer the same fate as I did.

I ordered a product for my grandson's birthday. I had them ship it to his home as a special surprise. He never received the item, and now they can't tell me what happened to it!
