. I don’t know anyone who would be happy about holding on the phone for over ten minutes. I always believe that the first impression is the best impression. My first call to this company’s service department was a disaster. I was put on hold and was forced to listen to elevator music. I started getting irritated. Finally, someone answered my call. It took nearly five minutes for the rep to understand my dilemma. I really don’t think I will be doing business with this company again. I only like dealing with companies that offer smooth customer service
