Chaps, I’m afraid I don’t use online services whose personnel are rude and uncivilized. Repairing problems with your service should be done politely, so customers return. I won’t.

Many of the products I received looked like they had been well worn. Cracked packaging in some cases, and worn edges on other items. I thought I was buying new items!
