Horrible customer service and products I spent almost $300.00 for a box of Montecristo white label cigars and out of the box 5 were not usable could not get any suction from the cigar. I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do about it basically told that's too bad after spending that amount of money!!! I would not recommend purchasing cigars from this company go directly through Montecristo, who advised me they would help with replacement only if it's purchased directly from them. Don't use second hand vendors such as this cause if there's a problem with your cigars they won't help you they just take your money and are done with you. Ridiculous service when you're paying for a quality product and to be told that's too bad deal with it I will never spend another dime with this company and I will do everything to make sure everyone knows. My Google reviews are in the millions and alot of consumers review what I have to say about companies I use!!!
