I am very pleased with the service received from Tim Morales. He arrived when he said he'd be here. After checking the A/C he clearly explained the possible damage done and my options. After deciding for replacement, he, again, was prompt with the installation. He was friendly and professional. I am confident that, when/if necessary, subsequent service will be as satisfactory.
