Bought a Kevlar riding shirt ($89.99) and the zip failed the first time I tried it on. Because I’d purchased it 3 months prior I was told this kind of thing happens with garments and they couldn’t help me. Pretty poor considering it’s been sat in its packet and now can’t be used. Won’t be buying any of their products again.
