I book 4 holidays a year and have been booking previously with holiday gems and icelolly and low cost holidays with no problems or hassle. First time I've booked through these and asked for a package flight and hotel, they booked the flight seperate and hotel seperate, I had later found out they had cancelled the hotel booking without bothering to inform me.when I found out as less money was taken from my account they said yes the hotel booking was cancelled for some unknown reason and couldn't do anything unless I book my own hotel direct, I was devastated and angry at this point demanding a refund as this was obviously there error, but to my surprise could not refund me even though it was an error by one of their advisors, I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone
