this company are withholding customers money after cancelling ski trips and are refusing to pay customers refunds. Where is my money? Why has it disappeared? Why hasn’t senior management or the owner got in touch personally with customers on the telephone? bottler no doubt or even a thief ? Multiple complaints received. Please please avoid this company and u will be safe from it’s terrible practices.
