Comfort and quality. Very sturdy. Amazing features that makes chair comfortable. The setting are unlike any other chair. Legs are actuall raised and even with the hips (not slanted down). I have back and shoulder issues. The lift is great for ease on the knees and shoulders. The chair is designed to raise you at a 15 degree angle thus not thrusting you forward.
