Does this company actually train the staff to deal with customers at all? I couldn’t even get a simple question answered by any of the employees even so-called upper management. Every time I asked a question about my service, I had to wait for employees who were helping me to ask someone else who usually didn’t know the answer either. You’d expect better training of employees from a company of this size and calibre. Would not recommend.

You would think a legitimate business would be more upfront with their prices. Instead, the price hiked higher and higher because of unmentioned fees. When I asked the man what they were for, he would only say that it was the company's policy, and that the manager was too busy to see me. How can a decent business run this way?
