I had a bad experience with this company and I contacted the customer service number to let them know. I wasn't asking for a refund of any kind, I just thought that they should know so that another customer doesn't have such a poor experience. When I called, I was treated horribly. The girl on the phone started right out telling me that there was a no refund policy. She then stated the company stands by their work and she couldn't help. She then hung up on me. This will teach me not to use this company again and never to give a company a heads up about their poor performance.

Please stop telling people that you offer excellent services when you don’t. It is a shame to lie to people just to get their money and not give them a service that is worth anything. This can hurt the business community and better yet hurt you. You need to stop or you may see yourself going out of business.
