I’m going back to using brick and mortar stores instead of online services. At least the clerk looks apologetic and smiles at you as he’s trying to make the credit card machine work. Fat chance getting a smile and apology from an online service. Not using this one again.

My wife had been asking for this for weeks, finally broke down and purchased it for her and she loved it! Makes a great gift should have listened to her sooner.

Customer service really dropped the ball! I was promised to have certain items shipped by a certain date. That date came and went over a week ago. No one informed me about the delay, and I can't get a hold of anyone in their customer service department to tell me what's going on!
