Someone sent a package to the registered office address by mistake instead of to our physical address. I asked 1st Choice if they had received this, but instead of looking into it and giving me a direct answer they just tried to sell me their mail forwarding service. If you have the parcel, then yes I'll take the service, but please just answer the simple question! Not the first issue I've had with them either. Weeks later they replied that they 'shredded' the parcel addressed to me apparently because I didn't have the mail forwarding service, instead of contacting me and asking me if I wanted to upgrade to the parcel forwarding service. Needless to say, I will not be renewing my subscription with them.
