I purchased a multi million dollar home from the realator Jeff Lottmann. There were a few questions I had regarding the house just after we moved in. We went through the correct channels, my realator contact him. At first, he just ignored my agents emails, then when I tried to contact him myself to help me, he was so unbelievably rude. He told me that the house sale was complete, and that he owed me no further obligation. I just wanted him to ask the previous home owner some advice on how to work some of the electrical components and the appliances, since everything was so technical. He actually said the words to me "just go away, and never speak to me again" I have sold many homes in my lifetime, and I fielded many questions about the home operations. I always did my very best to help, and often would go over to my sold home to help. Further, on two occasions, Jeff Lottmann smelled of strong liquor. He was holding a cup both times, and I wasn't sure if he had been drinking right then, or still smelled of liquor from the night before.
