I don’t appreciate spending my hard-earned cash for a service I expected to be at least half decent, and then being taken for a ride. That’s essentially what happened to me, and despite my anger about the whole situation, I want people to know about it, because I certainly don’t want others to have to go through the same things I went through at the hands of their staff. They need to seriously evaluate who they have at that company.

One of my items arrived damaged. I called to explain the situation. I was told that a replacement would be sent right away, and that I could leave the damaged shipment outside for the delivery person to pick up. It's been three weeks, and no one has picked up the damaged item or sent my replacement product.
