Had CJB changed on Jag XF. Did not change windscreen washer pump - this being why the CJB failed - other Jag specialists will not change CJB without changing washer pump. Got car back and found grease on seats, scratch on drivers seat and broken inside panel. Emailed and sent photos but no response at all, just ignored complaint
