My unit broke after 7 weeks light use. I booked an engineer on line to repair it to be told by Triton the day before the appointment they were cancelling as they had no engineers in my area for 3 weeks. After telling them I could not wait that long I was forced to buy an alternative unit, I am now told they won t send an engineer out at all as I have had it removed from the wall! Their attitude is appalling and comes across as they couldn't care less - be warned unit broke after 7 weeks light use then it's a battle to get it repaired - I would never ever buy Triton again
