I'm very worried not to be able to book a table with wheelchair access . 5 or 6 of my friends and I meet at your Otley branch once a month at 12-30 .the lady in the wheelchair is totally disabled, the pub is all on the level so ideal for her chair. We have been coming for nearly 2years now to be told we can't book. We can't just nip somewhere else if you are full so I really think your policy is against disabled people
