I decided to try a new online support company and went with Tech2US because of the great reviews. I needed my computer fixed, and they were never able to fix it completely as the issue kept coming back. After a week, I just went ahead and bought a new computer because I needed to work. I let the old computer become the family computer, but we never use it because it does not work correctly and they did not fix the issue. After a month of them trying I told them I wanted by money back because they have never fixed the initial problem with my computer. They said that they were not going to give it back because they put a lot of man hours on the issue. I tried to explain that the computer was still not working, but it did not matter to them because they put a lot of man hours on it. I don't care about the $300 I lost for this year, they are able to fix little issues by running malware and antivirus programs, but I don't think they have anyone there that does anything above that. When I just cancelled my service with them, I again told them why and all that they said was that I was cancelled and that I would not be charged again. They also brought up again that they tried to fix the computer and that they put a lot of hours into it. So I didn't ask for my money back, as their guarantee states that I should be entitled to, but they let me know that I was not getting my money back basically because they put a lot of hours into it. I am not going to fight to get my money back, but thought that I should warn others about their service and lack of guarantee.
