What good is having staff if they are all going to be rude, and ignore you? Seriously, what is going on with this company? The service was horrendous. I’m seriously questioning how they stay afloat, since they are obviously lacking something. Customer service shouldn’t be an afterthought, it should be a primary focus. I’m saddened by what I experienced.

Once again, I'm giving them a 5-star experience. But this time it is because of their excellent customer service. It did not matter what day or time it was, especially, on a Sunday afternoon. I had an issue and was not confident it would be resolved, being a Sunday, but to my surprise the customer care department was very reliable. I love them!
