I called the company to see if I could a get a lower price on one product. I hung up the phone after holding for over fifteen minutes. I called back and was put on hold again. Wow! The customer service rep came back to the line and had a terrible attitude. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Well, I was put on hold again for twenty minutes. This company has terrible customer service

A co-worker of mine told me about this service. She had nothing but good things to say but my experience was quite the opposite. I’m wildly forgiving as a customer but I will not let myself be talked to like I’m an idiot. Employee’s attitude was unacceptable. I could tell that other people around me were uncomfortable too. Co-worker was shocked when I told her. Neither of us will be coming back.
