Very disappointing
Lots of little things really can make a whole lot of difference but it’s unfortunate that too many people and worse, companies don’t even realize this. A simple polite or prompt response can be very relieving even when your needs have not been wholly met. I just had to deal with this company full of people who act like they are doing you a favor, for a service you are paying for. They obviously don’t even care about how their customers feel.
