I placed a flower arrangement order with Avas Flower on the earlier morning of the 22 Aug, for same day delivery on internet. I received my confirmation guaranteed same day delivery for 22 Aug 2022. I received a confirmation delivered without time of delivery. I also later received my bill with an extra $ 28.00 add to my invoice, without my knowledge. I called my love one family member on the 24 Aug, to see how they liked the peace lily with sympathy card which also charges for, to my disappointment found out the arrangement was never delivered. I right away called the company's but reached there called center. I informed the company's called rep about my order not being delivered and informed them I needed to get the order sent out right away. The company's call center rep promise the order would be sent on Thur 24 Aug day 4. I called all day on day 4 for delivery updates ( still being assured delivery would happen ) never happen. I finally called company's call center rep around 7:30pm on day 4, the representative offered my $10.00 off my order, I refused. The company's call center rep than offered $20.00 again I refused but I requested on good faith send my love one family member a fruit basket free no charge ( good faith ) with my flower arrangements on day 5, the company's call center management team refused offer. I also told company's call center rep rep the flower arrangements needed to arrive no later than 9am on day 5. The company's still failed to put rush delivery on the negligent of there part. This is the worst flowers arangement company's, I have ever had to deal with 😫. I would advise any persons or people to never trusted or use this company's truly the don't care day 5 and still no flower arrangements order delivered. I tolded the company's call center rep if my order was not delivered by 9am on day 5 I would cancel my flower arrangement order and would never use this company's Avas Flowers again. Signed a very disappointed, unsatisfied, displeased customer 😑.

Failed to follow through what their on line advertisement stated. Order was not delivered by a local florist as they stated, instead it was delivered by UPS. I requested a phone call prior to delivery, there was none. I was to receive a delivery confirmation it came one hour after I called to complain. I am sixty nine years old and complain of little, but when the service agent hung up on me twice that was enough. I would not recommend this company. This was the first time I ever called my credit card company.

I am booking another company next time. Hopefully it will be better.

Avas flowers is one of the best floral companies around. There free delivery and low service fee really beats the competitors. As well as their selection of flowers is simply divine. Their staff really goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

I have ordered from them a few times and have had no issues. They beat so many of the other flower sites. I have no issues with them.

Perfect delivery, requested Mother's Day arrangement earlier in the week because I knew it would be hectic trying to get them right on the date.

If you are going to order flowers for someone out of town, DO NOT order them from Avas Flowers. In the fall, I was not able to attend my Aunts 96th Birthday, so I called Avas Flowers to deliver a beautiful arrangement for her as the center piece for her Birthday party. The Flowers were delivered on Saturday afternoon and the party was on Sunday. When my family received the flowers and balloons from Avas Flowers, they were very disappointed to say the least. The arrangement was not only the wrong arrangement, but the flowers were dead and the balloons were drooping. I was shocked and embarrassed when I received the pictures. When I called Avas they said I needed to refuse the flowers and call then the day they were delivered. That was impossible since I was not there when they arrived. I called and sent them pictures a few days later. The pictures showed the flowers and how deteriorated they were. Even after a few days, the flowers still should have been near perfect. I am out nearly $100 and I will not be using Avas flowers again.
