Uncaring

The company reps are not courteous or caring for their customers. They leave you on the phone hanging, and never seem to get back on, probably hoping that you just give up and hang up the phone. I stayed on the line for the longest and nothing came of it, and I eventually had to call back another day and wait again. Your services are fake, a lie, and horrible and all I received was a big waste of time.

Connection

I will never understand why new people are left to the wolves, in a way, on their first few days, when a supervisor is standing nearby. Leaning against the wall, the man was clearly doing nothing to earn his salary. He watched the poor girl messing up, tears in her eyes, without saying a word or trying to help. The work being asked for was therefore done wrong or incompletely. Remind me never to go back there.
