When I agree upon a price for a service, I expect to pay that price. I don't think that it is right for a company to provide additional services at an additional charge and not let the customer know until after. This is exactly what this company did. I will never work with them again.

The company reps are not courteous or caring for their customers. They leave you on the phone hanging, and never seem to get back on, probably hoping that you just give up and hang up the phone. I stayed on the line for the longest and nothing came of it, and I eventually had to call back another day and wait again. Your services are fake, a lie, and horrible and all I received was a big waste of time.
