Can't really save up with their offers
Their limited time offers aren't that great of a discount. You'd have to buy in bulk to see any significant savings. They may be great for companies, but not so much for individuals like me.

Marvellous service
I cannot complain about anything, honestly speaking. Whenever there is an issue they are ready to assist. When you make an order it will be on time. The service is marvellous.

I've been waiting two months
I still haven't received my order, and it's been almost two months! I keep getting excuses when I call their customer service line. They keep saying that it's "in progress." Waiting two months for one item isn't progress to me!
