When was the last time you signed up for an online service and was bluntly told they were full and didn’t need you? Goodness knows I wasn’t expecting that, but they could have been more polite. I found another service who was polite, and had a happy experience. I won’t ever contact this service again.

I still haven't received my order, and it's been almost two months! I keep getting excuses when I call their customer service line. They keep saying that it's "in progress." Waiting two months for one item isn't progress to me!
