Total Scam!!!

Warning!!! Do not order from this company. I purchased a sweater and received the wrong size of something made with such poor quality I wanted to return for a refund but, have not been able to reach anyone through email which is your only option for customer support. I have tried for days to reach them with no response and see now from other's comments on websites this is a common problem. This site is a total scam.

SCAM!! Do not order from this company!

Total Scam! The shirt I ordered was not true to size, looked nothing like the picture and was made out of ***** material. I got confirmation to return and did so immediately ( paying to ship that ***** all the way back to Chine with tracking was not cheap!), and never received a refund. I've emailed them twice with no response. I've never seen the live chat available. Also if you read under returns it says product image is only for reference. If there is inconsistency between the image and actual product the product governs😡.

No regard for the customer

I purchased a suit on Chicnico.com for an upcoming girls trip to FL. 3 weeks later, the suit arrived with a rip in one of the seems. The quality of the suit was terrible... Cheap material and poor stitching. I took a photo of the rip and sent an email to customer service asking for a full refund. That first email was disregarded, so I emailed again... Only to be told that a new suit was on its way to me. That's NOT what I asked for, nor what I want. I leave next week for FL and need a swim suit. I don't have time to wait for another poor quality suit. I contacted them again and have not heard anything back. Do NOT use this company!!!
