I purchased a suit on Chicnico.com for an upcoming girls trip to FL. 3 weeks later, the suit arrived with a rip in one of the seems. The quality of the suit was terrible... Cheap material and poor stitching. I took a photo of the rip and sent an email to customer service asking for a full refund. That first email was disregarded, so I emailed again... Only to be told that a new suit was on its way to me. That's NOT what I asked for, nor what I want. I leave next week for FL and need a swim suit. I don't have time to wait for another poor quality suit. I contacted them again and have not heard anything back. Do NOT use this company!!!
