At least be polite with your potential customers
Lots of online services give customers who have been with them forever a bonus of some type. It’s not required, but they do it anyway. I hadn’t gotten mine, so I asked why. The feature had been discontinued, they said, due to falling sales volume. Now, this wasn’t a reason to leave the service, but what she said next was. She said all customers, old and new, had to pay a fee to use the service. Tax purposes, she said. Chaps, taxes are your problem, not mine. I’m going somewhere else.
