Lots of online services give customers who have been with them forever a bonus of some type. It’s not required, but they do it anyway. I hadn’t gotten mine, so I asked why. The feature had been discontinued, they said, due to falling sales volume. Now, this wasn’t a reason to leave the service, but what she said next was. She said all customers, old and new, had to pay a fee to use the service. Tax purposes, she said. Chaps, taxes are your problem, not mine. I’m going somewhere else.

You really have to read the fine print if you're going to buy from this company! There are so many exclusions that it's really not worth your time shopping with them. Their prices aren't that competitive, either.
