Disappointed with their services
We had had our booking confirmed and even had paid our deposit when they told us that our price was going up with approximately 15%. They explained that the increase was due to a "Technical error" and offered to cancel our booking and pay us a full refund of the deposit if we were not willing to pay extra. We had already planned our holiday so we had to keep our booking. In my opinion it is not a reliable service as we had to pay extra money for something that was not our fault.
