Ther billing team is terrible

The girl I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with this company wasn't all good. Dealing with the accounting department was a nightmare. I received past due notices when I was paid in full and I was told I would be contacted back three times and I have yet to hear from anyone. If my bill goes into collections I will be furious.
