The girl I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with this company wasn't all good. Dealing with the accounting department was a nightmare. I received past due notices when I was paid in full and I was told I would be contacted back three times and I have yet to hear from anyone. If my bill goes into collections I will be furious.

I love that you guys actually care about your customers. So many companies only care about money but that is not the case with you. I had an amazing shopping experience and the support from your end was amazing too.
