I loaded the trial version of their VeloSSD and started to run it. It loaded the SSD with the cache and Windows tried to update immediately. I had to restore Windows 10 then restart. After all the necessary restarts my i7 3770K died. I had never lost a processor before, but thought it a little strange that it happened while I was trying to use their caching software. After replacing the motherboard and processor and bringing back up the system I was a little gun-shy to try it again. When I decided to try it, it gave me a "trial period over". I e-mailed and they said they would reset the activation. The trial period still came up. So I bit the bullet and bought the software, followed the instructions and for a week now all I get is "trial period over". I was told by tech support they would give me a fix in 2 to 3 business days. Then they went quiet. I don't believe they are ethical in their business practices and at best incompetent in customer service.
