Very shady!
Two of my five items arrived last week. The other three are on back order. I haven't heard any information about when these three items will be in stock. No one picks up the phone when I call them, it just rings and rings.

I hate having to deal with lousy service!
I hate getting the run-around whenever I have to exchange an item or ask about items that are on back order. Their customer service people treat me like I'm nothing but a nuisance to them. That's a great way to drive customers away!
