Different representatives gave me different information each time I called. These people were inconsistent and inefficient, and it took me forever just to finalize the details of hiring their service. They did an okay job, but it was way too much of a hassle to get what I needed done for a price much too high for what it was worth.

I hate getting the run-around whenever I have to exchange an item or ask about items that are on back order. Their customer service people treat me like I'm nothing but a nuisance to them. That's a great way to drive customers away!
