Advertisement showed 6 mags with the gun, the gun was shipped with 5 mags. I emailed G4G about the missing mag, they stated that I should have refused the transfer. I thought they would have sent 1 mag, however they would not honor what was advertised.

Ordered a 715T Plinkster .22cal w/AR stock. They were quick to take my money. Got an e-mail 3 days later saying it was shipped. 2 days later I sent them an e-mail where was the Tracking Number? They then sent me a Tracking Number but didn't say who was the carrier. After searching around I found that it was UPS.
Picked order up from my FFL Dealer. Followed instructions & inserted EMPTY clip.
The bolt would NOT stay open & the clip release did not release. Didn't want to get hostile with it as everything is PLASTIC. E-mailed G4G. They said "out of luck"
"no returns" contact Mossberg. E-mailed Mossberg. They will not reply for 72 hrs.
So, I have a gun that I can't use & is DEFECTIVE. SHAME on G4G & Mossberg.

I ordered 5 products that included ammo and I only received the 4 without the ammo. They said their inventory must have been off and sent a refund for the ammo. I didn't get ripped off but didn't get want I really wanted either. I won't use them again. The product reviews don't show the bad ones and I had to return some iron sights that had a 100% failure rate on other sites. We will see how the return goes.

Absolutely horrible company with dismal customer service. They changed the shipping from 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS, which was already a long time, to 20+ days. I asked for the status of my item and when it would ship and if it was going to take longer then please cancel my item and they just responded by emailing me a section of their store policy which says I have to pay $10 if I cancel my order. What? While they just keep increasing the shipping time? Also, why does it take so long to ship if the item is in-stock, as they said it was? Don't waste your time or money on this disaster of a company.
