Absolutely horrible company with dismal customer service. They changed the shipping from 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS, which was already a long time, to 20+ days. I asked for the status of my item and when it would ship and if it was going to take longer then please cancel my item and they just responded by emailing me a section of their store policy which says I have to pay $10 if I cancel my order. What? While they just keep increasing the shipping time? Also, why does it take so long to ship if the item is in-stock, as they said it was? Don't waste your time or money on this disaster of a company.
